Blueberry Bread

Ingredients
  • 1 (18 ounce) box cake mix, package
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup blueberries, washed and dried
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixer, without blueberries.
  2. Sprinkle a tablespoon of flour over the blueberries and make sure they are all well coated, this will prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the cake. Gently fold in the blueberries with a spatula.
  3. Pour the batter into a long bread pan (12 in).
  4. Bake at 375° F / 190° C for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
